Your massage therapist will recommend and explain the bodywork therapies that are best suited to your unique needs. You may receive any combination of therapies such as aromatherapy, Swedish, deep tissue massage, myofascial release and reflexology. You can choose to receive a full body massage or to focus on one or more specific areas in need of attention.
